To make a reservation, you can email us on info@bobbenagel.nl, or use the form below. We will contact you within 24 hours – we think personal contact is most important.

Cancelling/changing your booking

Throughout the off-season it is always possible to cancel or change your reservation.

However, during high season we are not always able to accommodate everyone. We often receive twice as many requests as places we have available. We have many regular clients who are quite disappointed if we do not have room available for them. The high season dates are the public school holidays including the week before, and after the holidays.

Cancellations during the high season are therefore not possible. You can of course decide not to use your booking, but unfortunately we will need to charge you the full amount for your booking. This is to prevent a place being occupied that is not cancelled at the last-minute.

General terms and conditions

Bobbenagel Cat Hotel is a member of ‘Dibevo’, a Dutch organization which covers all cat hotels. We implement Dibevo’s general terms and conditions, plus additional rules as described here (Dutch).
