Up-date Corona-virus summer holidays 2020 – addition to the more friendly cancelation rules

Many people have had to cancel their holidays in the last months, or would rather not go on holiday in this situation. We are going into a new fase, where we can move around a bit more and even go to the hairdresser!

Bobbenagel Cat Hotel has been open trough this time, and we will stay open. Also we made the rules for cancelations more friendly. Now with the summer holidays coming up you need to think if you want to keep your reservation for your cat for this summer.

We understand that it is difficult to look into the future, but we want to ask you to think with us as we see new reservations for the summer period coming in, but we are still booked full in most periods.

That is why we have made an addition to the new more friendly cancellation rules;

If you have a reservation for the summer season (July, August, September) you need to let us know minimum 8 weeks in advance if you want to cancel (or earlier if you already know). If you do this you will keep your deposit for a new holiday before 15th of Januari 2021.

If you cancel shorter than 8 weeks before your planned trip (for holidays in July, August, September) then you can’t transfer your down payment to a new holiday and the original rules for cancelation are applicable.

So, in short, according to the original cancelation rules you would always loose your down payment. In the new more friendly cancelation fuels you can use your down payment for another holiday before 15th of January 2021. For the period July, August, September you need to cancel at least 8 weeks in advance of your planned holiday else the standard rules apply and at minimum you loose your down payment.
